Legislation to expand online gaming in New Jersey to the state's racetracks has passed the Assembly's Tourism, Gaming and Arts Committee.
Introduced by Republican Assemblyman Ronald Dancer in October, A4255 would allow racing patrons to participate in online gambling from racetracks via the internet. This would be facilitated by the tracks partnering either an Atlantic City casino or one of the venues' licensed iGaming partners.
