Polish lawmakers have adopted amendments to the country’s gambling legislation, with the new rules set to take force in April 2017.
The Polish government said the changes would help to increase player protection and reduce illegal online gambling by offering a wider selection of regulated games to players, while blocking access to the market by unlicensed sites.
Once signed by the Polish President, the new regulations are expected to come into force on April 1st, 2017.
