UBET, the wagering brand of Australian operator Tatts Group, has been convicted for illegal advertising in the state of New South Wales (NSW) for a second time.
Liquor & Gaming NSW, the state's regulatory agency, also fined UBET AUD$2,000 for publishing the illegal inducement to participate in gambling or to open a betting account in NSW.
