EquiLottery's model of awarding lottery prizes based on the result of horse races may soon be legalised in West Virginia following the introduction of a new bill.
Delegate Riley Moore introduced legislation on Monday, backed by nine co-sponsors, which seeks to amend the Code of West Virginia to authorise the state Lottery Commission to regulate lottery draws where winners are determined based on the result of horse races.
