The Netherlands Court of Justice has ruled that the country's gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) is justified in imposing fines on online gaming operators illegally targeting Dutch consumers.
The ruling follows a number of instances in which the regulator has fined European operators for targeting Dutch consumers while online gaming is still prohibited in the Netherlands.
