The Australian state of Victoria has announced plans to ban gambling advertising on roadside billboards, public transport and within 150m of all schools, with a ban on lottery betting also under consideration.
The state Minister for Gaming and Liquor Regulation Marlene Kairouz said the changes would be introduced as part of the Gambling Regulation Amendment Bill 2017.
