Malta-licensed online bingo operator Broadway Gaming has agreed a £100,000 penalty package with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) for failing to include significant terms and conditions linked to promotions featured across its network of sites.
An investigation carried out by the Commission in March this year found significant failings in the way Broadway advertised its promotions across its Bingo Diamond, Casino of Dreams, Dotty Bingo and Rehab Bingo sites.
