The Norwegian government has notified the European Commission (EC) of proposed changes to gambling regulations that would strengthen the prohibition on payment processing for unlicensed operators.
The proposed regulations would apply to all companies and institutions that provide payment services in Norway and follow the launch of a public consultation on the payments ban in April.
