Colorado's Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne has signed into law a bill that will clarify which products are allowed under the state's gambling legislation.
Language has been added to state gaming laws to make it clear that so-called simulated gaming – games that combine elements of skill or chance – are considered gambling.
The definition of gambling has been expanded to include such products, where a reward of monetary value is available through combining random number-generated and skill-based elements.
