Swedish gambling regulator Lotteriinspektionen has issued its first wave of operator license approvals for the newly regulated Swedish gaming market which opens on January 1st.
Lotteriinspektionen, soon to be renamed Spelinspektionen, has issued 16 licenses so far, out of 95 license applications received in total, of which more than 70 involve games providers for the iGaming market.
