A fixture in Sweden's top football league the Allsvenskan has been postponed after one of the players to be involved in the game was offered money to fix the result of the match.

The unnamed player for Stockholm-based club Allmänna Idrottsklubben (AIK) reported to officials that he had been offered a large sum of money by to ensure his team lost its match against IFK Göteborg, which was due to take place last night, Thursday May 18th.
