West Virginia Delegates Shawn Fluharty and Joe Canestraro have introduced legislation to legalise and regulate online gambling.
Their proposal would authorise the West Virginia Lottery Commission to develop regulations for interactive games, which are defined as any interactive racetrack, video lottery or interactive table game approved by the commission.
