Rhode Island Senate President Dominick J. Ruggerio introduced legislation Wednesday to authorise Twin River casinos in Lincoln and Tiverton to offer mobile sports betting.
The venues currently offer in-person sports betting in partnership with IGT and William Hill, with the proposed legislation enabling the creation of a mobile sports betting app for use by players physically located within the state.
