Louisiana Senator Danny Martiny has pre-filed legislation to authorise retail and mobile sports betting at the state’s licensed riverboat facilities, live horse racing facilities with slots and casinos.
The bill was prefiled on March 27th and would require voters in each parish to approve sports betting at a state-wide election.
