Alabama Representative Mike Rogers introduced legislation Tuesday to authorise sports betting.
Rogers’ bill would establish the Alabama Sports Wagering Commission, which would have the authority to develop rules, issue licenses and regulate sports betting both online and at physical locations within the state.
