The Indiana Gaming Commission has released a draft of the state’s new sports betting regulations for public comment, with adoption of the final regulations scheduled for August 28th.
The proposed regulations set out the licensing procedure for prospective operators and suppliers and require affiliates to register with the commission prior to providing marketing services to licensees.
