Stockholm-listed operator Global Gaming has lost its appeal against the revocation of its operating license in Sweden.
Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen revoked the company’s betting and gaming licenses on 17 June, with an appeal for injunctive relief immediately submitted to the Administrative Court in Linköping.
The Administrative Court denied the operator’s appeal however, prompting Global Gaming to take its case to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping, which rejected the appeal on Tuesday.
