Rep. Barney Frank said Wednesday that he intends to put his online gambling regulation bill before members of the House Financial Services Committee in July, despite ongoing opposition at a federal level.
Frank made the comment before the House Ways & Means Committee which met yesterday to consider legislation pending in the Congress to license and regulate internet gambling activities.
