The Greek Ministry of Finance has this week launched a public consultation on the country’s draft law to regulate gambling, giving stakeholders until January 31st for the submission of comments.
Under the proposed law, all operators wishing to provide gambling services to Greek citizens will be required to obtain a licence from the Gambling Control Commission, authorising either land based or online operations.
