The Ohio Roundtable, a division of the independent non-profit education and research organisation American Policy Roundtable, has opposed Ohio’s plans to introduce 17,500 video lottery terminals (VLTs) at horse racing tracks across the state, filing a lawsuit against Governor John Kasich for failing to “honour his oath of office.”
