The Ohio Casino Control Commission is taking administrative action against DraftKings for violating advertising rules ahead of the opening of the state’s regulated sports betting market on 1 January 2023.
DraftKings (trading as Crown OH Gaming) has been issued a Notice of Violation by the Commission after being found to have mailed approximately 2,500 adverts directly to individuals under the age of 21 last November.
