Dutch lottery and gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) is threatening to issue weekly penalties of up to €1 million to two popular nationwide lotteries that offered players access to a number of unauthorised games.
The KSA found that Novamedia's Postcode Lottery (Nationale Postcode Loterij) was offering a number of games to players that the regulator determined to be online games of chance, and therefore not covered under the operator’s lottery licence.
