Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has imposed a €6.79 million fine on GoldWin Limited for offering online gambling to players in the Netherlands without a licence, while a €900,000 fine has also been imposed on MKC Limited.
An investigation by the regulator found that Dutch players could access GoldWin’s Westcasino.com site without any technical measures being implemented to prevent Dutch players from accessing the games.
