DraftKings is going to court to prevent its former senior vice president of business development from using the company’s confidential information to assist a competitor.
In the suit filed in the US District Court for Massachusetts, DraftKings accuses former executive Michael Hermalyn of engaging in discussions with rival operator Fanatics since as early as the February 2023 Super Bowl.
