Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has threatened to fine a licensee up to €250,000 for failing to adequately respond to an information request.
The fine relates to the acquisition of the licensee by an international operator, and the licensees’ subsequent failure to provide adequate information to the regulator on its new management structure.
