Lawmakers in Oklahoma are working to end the ambiguity surrounding advance deposit wagering (ADW) on interstate horse racing.
Under the proposal passed by the House Judiciary – Civil Committee on Tuesday (March 1), advance deposit wagering providers would be required to secure license approval from the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission to offer online wagering in the state.
The proposal was unanimously approved by the committee by a vote of 10-0.
