Norway’s pari-mutuel betting operator Norsk Rikstoto will impose a blanket spending limit on players as of next year in a bid to reduce the risk of problem gambling.
The spending limit is expected to be set at around NOK20,000 per month (approx. €2,000), although players may be allowed to roll-over any unused limit for up to 90-days to a NOK60,000 maximum.
