Sweden’s Ministry of Finance has opened a consultation into proposed license fees for online gaming software providers, as well as higher renewal fees for operator licenses.
The proposal to introduce supplier licenses in the Swedish gambling market was first mooted five years ago as a means to combat unlicensed gambling.
