New York Senator Joseph Addabbo Jr. has introduced legislation to authorise online casino and online lottery gaming in New York State.
Similar to a bill introduced last year, S8185 would amend the state’s racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law in relation to iGaming, and amend the tax law in relation to iLottery.
