The Overijssel District Court in the Netherlands has ordered bwin and PokerStars to refund players who lost money with them before they had a local licence.
The District Court rulings published Thursday find that Entain’s bwin brand and Flutter Entertainment’s PokerStars brand are liable to refund players who lost money gambling on the websites before they were licenced in the Netherlands.
