New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has imposed a civil penalty of $100,000 on DraftKings for filing inaccurate financial information with regard to sports betting.
The action was taken after DraftKings was found to have failed to comply with certain regulatory requirements set forth in the state’s Casino Control Act.
