Canada’s Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has cancelled its current Request for Proposals (RFP) for lottery services after determining that the selection of a single service provider would not provide sufficient value for the province.

OLG said that while it provided a record return of CAD$2.2bn to the province in its most recent financial year, its obligation was to “continually and responsibly improve” the business.
