California's State Controller has uncovered more than $304,000 in prohibited and questionable spending by lottery officials following an audit.
The audit concerned the California Lottery’s office revolving fund (ORF) and travel expenses between July 2014 and June 2018, and found more than $240,000 in unallowable costs and $64,000 in questionable spending.
