Entain’s bwin brand has been named as a major partner of French Ligue 2 football club Paris FC, ahead of the club’s potential promotion to the top tier.

The new collaboration gives bwin prominent brand visibility and offers the club’s supporters access to exclusive prizes throughout the season.

The Entain brand joins a number of top tier partners at Paris FC, including Adidas, Renault, Red Bull and Vinci.

“Paris FC embodies values that are close to our hearts, and we are delighted to contribute to the club’s growth as a partner,” said Christophe Michel, bwin’s digital and marketing director. “This partnership will allow us to strengthen our ties with the world of French football and its fans, in the heart of the city of lights.”

Pierre Ferracci, President of Paris FC, commented: “We are proud to announce this strategic partnership with bwin. This partnership confirms the growing attractiveness of Paris FC and the confidence that prestigious brands place in our project.

“With bwin at our side, we are strengthening our project and creating new opportunities for our supporters and fans of the Club. Thank you to bwin for their trust, and welcome to the Paris FC family.”

Paris FC is currently second in Ligue 2 behind Lorient and both teams have the opportunity to be promoted to the top tier of French football, if they can finish the season in the top two positions. The current season ends in May and Paris FC have five matches left to play.

Paris FC is majority owned by the family of LVMH founder Bernard Arnault, with Red Bull also holding a significant stake in the club.
