Live dealer gaming provider Evolution Gaming has partnered Rank Group’s Grosvenor Casino to launch a dedicated live dealer service for the brand’s online, tablet and mobile offerings.

The service features four live dealer tables including roulette, blackjack, hold'em and baccarat, which will be available 24 hours a day. The offering will be serviced by a dedicated team of native English-speaking dealers, featuring Grosvenor Casino branding.

Broadcast from Evolution’s Riga studios, each table is available for PC, Mac and iPad, while the roulette offering is also accessible via iPhone and Android devices. The blackjack offering will be rolled out to Android tablets later this month.

Grosvenor Casinos director of digital innovation Steve Salmon said the launch would allow his brand to take its land-based gaming expertise into the online arena, providing its customers with “the most authentic live casino experience,” as well as creating the opportunity to launch cross-promotional activities for online and retail customers.

“Our customers will be able to play across all our distribution channels sharing a joined up experience,” Salmon continued. “This gives us a massive crossover potential across all our channels of distribution, for example, with the opportunity for live promotions hosted in parallel in-club and online, and for a single loyalty system rewarding both in-club and online play.”

Evolution's chief operating officer Svante Lilijevall said the launch had “created an innovative interconnection between the clubs and online,” noting that the use of English dealers “has strong appeal for customers who value the rich rapport that can build up between dealers and their regular players.”

Grosvenor Casinos becomes the latest operator to launch a dedicated branded offering with the live dearler supplier, following the likes of Unibet and William Hill.
