NSW regulator warns operators over advertising breaches

The Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) in the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) has told online betting operators to ensure they comply with advertising restrictions following perceived breaches by two high-profile operators.

Two companies, Paddy Power’s Sportsbet and BetEasy – which has since been renamed Crownbet – have recently come under scrutiny, with the former’s video promotion ’50 Shades of Greyhound’ seen as breaching Racing Administration Regulation 2012.
