A UK TV advertisement for the Health Lottery has been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority for implying that it offered more chances to win than the UK National Lottery’s Lotto game.
The ad was found to have effectively misled customers by falsely implying a direct comparison between the number of Health Lottery and UK Lotto winners.
