In a third ruling against iGaming operators this week, the UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has issued a warning to sports betting operator TitanBet after it circulated a promotion that failed to clearly communicate key terms and conditions to consumers.
The operator was reprimanded after a complainant challenged whether an email promotion in May had misled customers.
