The Nektan-powered Sapphire Rooms online casino has been warned by the UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for failing to make the terms of a welcome bonus promotion sufficiently clear.
The promotion had appeared on the SapphireRooms.com site, which operates under Nektan's Gibraltar and United Kingdom licenses, in January this year with a headline informing players that they could receive "up to £500 in welcome bonuses".
Small print under this headline stated: "New customers only. Min dep £10 [...]
