SmartFOCUS to drive Betsafe multi-channel marketing strategy

Malta based online gaming operator Betsafe has partnered with multi-channel marketing software provider SmartFOCUS to meet its global marketing communications objectives, aimed at driving player retention and profitability.

Betsafe will implement smartFOCUS’s packaged game solution to communicate with its 500,000 strong international player base across e-mail, mobile, SMS, landing page, microsite, and RSS - along with social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.
