Las Vegas based Station Casinos is to acquire a majority stake in online gaming technology provider Fertitta Interactive.
The company said Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 50.1 per cent stake in Fertitta Interactive for an undisclosed amount, citing the businesses potential to become a leader in online gaming.
