Sweden’s Council for Gaming Ethics (SPER) has called for more effective regulation of gambling advertising as it expands its membership to include all locally licensed operators.
It follows last week’s appointment of the chief executives of the Swedish Postcode Lottery and bingo and scratchcard operator Idrottens Spel to the council, which also named Svenska Spel chief executive Lennart Käll as its president.
