Live dealer casino specialist Evolution Gaming is exploring the possibility of an initial public offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm stock exchange.
Gaming Intelligence has learned that the supplier is currently in what is described as the “pre-marketing phase”, suggesting that the company's board is yet to make a formal decision to pursue an IPO or trade sale. A final decision is expected in the coming weeks.
