Frankfurt-listed gaming operator bet-at-home.com has confirmed that its majority shareholder, Betclic Everest Group, intends to re-place approximately 10 per cent of its shares with institutional investors.
Betclic Everest has held a 66.7 per cent stake in the company since 2009. It intends to re-place up to 350,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 10 per cent of bet-at-home.com's share capital, with institutional investors within the scope of a structured process.
