Research from the Responsible Gambling Trust (RGT) has found that less than a third of UK casino patrons play on gambling machines when visiting venues, although young men were found to have a high propensity to chase losses.
The study saw researchers at the Universities of Liverpool and Salford review loyalty card data supplied by Rank Group from more than 5m casino visits made by more than 855,000 visitors between 2012 and 2014.
