Estonian gaming operator Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) is restructuring its Lithuania-based sports betting subsidiary into two separate entities.
The operator said that it will demerge UAB Orakulas, a company acquired for an undisclosed sum in December 2015, to separate its sports betting technology platform, trading and risk management services from the operational activities of the business.
Following the demerger, OEG will retain full shareholding in both entities.
