European lottery and gaming operator Sazka Group is considering an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange.
Sazka Group, whose holdings include Greece's OPAP, Sazka, LottoItalia, Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries, said that any potential IPO would help facilitate the company's continued growth, both in Europe and globally.
