Overall gambling participation rates in the United Kingdom fell last year, according to the latest figures released by the Gambling Commission.
Th figures show a drop in overall participation from 48 per cent in the prior year to 45 per cent in 2017, with the decline attributed to falling participation in the National Lottery.
