The Singapore Turf Club is getting out of the horse race betting business, with responsibility for betting operations transferring to Singapore Pools.
Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club are both owned by Tote Board Group, which has decided to consolidate all betting operations under the Pools in order to achieve cost synergies and free the Turf Club to focus on its core competency of managing and providing high quality horseracing.
