Austrian gaming technology supplier Novomatic has rolled out gaming terminals and its casino management system for Vietnam’s first land-based casino.
The new Corona Resort and Casino on Phu Quoc, the largest island in Vietnam, opened this month and marks the first time that Vietnamese citizens can enter casinos in their country.
It is the first of three properties in Vietnam to be authorised by the government to allow economically-qualified locals to enter casinos, under a three-year trial scheme.
